The Department of Justice website stopped sending visitor information to Google a few weeks after the TSC says they deleted my former work email

Even if it's only a coincidence, it's still an interesting footnote to this matter

Here's a snippet of code from the Department of Justice website on March 27, 2015:

Note: Google Analytics IDs all start with "UA-"

Here's a search of the code for the Department of Justice website on April 3, 2015:

So, what happened between March 27, 2015 and April 3, 2015?

In 2015 the Department of Justice updated its Website and Privacy Statement:

This is the Previous Department of Justice Privacy Statement as it appeared in early 2015:

This wording is virtually identical to the Legislative Assembly's Privacy Statement as it has existed since 2007:

Almost 13 years later, the Legislative Assembly's Privacy Statement is almost exactly the same as it was in 2007:

Since 2007 the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPP) has been amended on a number of occasions:

But the Privacy Statement on www.ntassembly.ca does not reflect any of these amendments . . .

. . . and the www.ntassembly.ca website continues to send visitor information to third parties without visitor consent or knowledge

Which has never been permitted under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act

Which brings us back to my original warning:
