Summary:
A yellowish-orange butterflyfish with a dusky-brown back, diagonal dark stripes on the lower sides, a broad black bar through the eye followed by a white bar immediately behind, a broad diagonal blackbar from the gill cover to the dorsal fin, and a black spot on the caudal peduncle.
