バイデンがスピーチで障害者について言及した点にCNNが触れていた。障害者を馬鹿にした発言を繰り返したトランプと対照的だと。当事者からは、初めてのことだという指摘。気がつかなかったので、書き起こし見たらたった一言だけど、確かに言ってる。

バイデンスピーチ終わった。ハリスは彼女が大統領かと思うようなスピーチだったが、バイデンもやはり大統領になるだけの雄弁さだな。終わった後の選曲が当てつけではないと思うが笑えた。

豪VIC州、今日で９日連続、新規感染・死者共にゼロ、アクティブケースも州全体で４。昨日１日の検査数は約１７０００。既に25km圏に緩和されている外出距離規制は明日から撤廃。メルボルンから地方への移動も可能に。２週間後に施行の緩和も発表。

色々あって遅れたが設置完了。小さい家で設置スペースが限られていて、東、北、西と三方向に設置、よって自動的にマイクロインバーター。州の検査受けないと使用開始できないが、名目5.4kWのシステム、薄曇りの午後４時（夏時間）で、3.6kW出ていた。まずまず。

そして今日も新規感染ゼロで、７日連続。死者もゼロ。他の今日の細かい数字の発表はまだだが、アクティブケースは昨日で２０、入院者は２。経路不明の感染数は２週間近く前の２件以来なしで、更なる規制緩和の要件である２週間平均ゼロももうすぐ。

厳しいロックダウン規制（と莫大な財政出動）、人口７００万に満たない州で、最盛期は１日３万件に及ぶPCR検査と感染経路追跡、毎日の詳細なデータ公開（州首相は１２０日連続毎日記者会見で質疑応答）とモデリングに基づいたロードマップの発表と更新。市民の負担は多大だったが何とかここまで来た。

米国の泥試合で豪州メディアでもすっかり埋没してしまっているが、VIC州、今日で６日連続新規感染ゼロ（死者もゼロ）。まだ１日の検査数は一万数千を維持していてこの数字だから、上出来。３ヶ月ほど前は１日新規感染７００超えとかだったのに。
