大学図書館における学生のニーズを反映させた学習支援環境の構築：平成16年度から平成20年度に長崎大学附属図書館が実施した学生懇談会の過程と成果 The Reform toward Student Oriented Learning Environments in University Libraries : Based on the Results of Student Focus Group Interviews Conducted by Nagasaki University Library from 2004 to 2008

<p>近年，日本の大学において，学生の希望や意見を大学の運営に反映させることの重要性が指摘されるようになった。本稿の目的は，長崎大学附属図書館が平成16年度から平成20年度に実施した学生懇談会において明らかになった学生の希望や意見をもとに，附属図書館の学習支援環境を整備してきた過程とその成果を報告することである。施設・設備，資料，サービスなど多方面にわたって学習支援環境を整備した結果，学生の利用満足度が高まったり，附属図書館の利用者数が年々増加したりしていること，更には，学生がより発展的なサービスを期待するようになっていることが明らかになった。</p>

In recent years, the importance of reflecting students' expectations and opinions into university operations has been pointed out in Japan. The purpose of this report is to explain the process and the results which the university library has changed the learning support environment based on students' expectations and opinions through student focus interviews conducted by Nagasaki University Library between 2004 and 2008. As the results of renovations to the learning support environment in areas such as facilities, materials and services, student satisfaction levels increased as did the number of library users each year. Furthermore, it was clear that students have come to expect even more innovative services.
