Solzhenitsyn advocated for Russia to destroy and reannex Kazakhstan again (while he said Russia should leave the other Central Asians like Uzbekistan alone because they have too many people or something or had urban civilization different from Russia unlike Kazakhs)

and that Russian settlers created civilization in Kazakhstan and that Kazakhstan was only invented in 1991 after the collapsed of the Soviet Union.

Putin, and the Russian right wing nationalist Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn (who was an anti-communist dissident during the Soviet era) both claimed that Kazakhstan never existed before the Russian empire took over it and claimed Kazakhs had no civilization and nothing,

Here you can see Nazarbayev insulting Putin and calling him delusional for saying he wants to recreate the Soviet Union.

Do you know how population growth works? If your TFR is above replacement level, it will obviously grow. But the rate of growth varies by TFR. At a TFR of 7, annual growth rate is ~4%. At 10-12, they will grow by 8-10% annually. 3.5 crore Ms at 8% growth annually = 354 crore.
