Their plan is to throw out as many Harris County votes as possible. If "they" have Montgomery County in the bag, it doesn't affect them at all.

As could the other 100,000 whose votes you're trying to have thrown out. ...according to the Texas SOS, the Texas Supreme Court, and, implicitly, you, by not filing a lawsuit when the program was first announced. Now you're trying to find a federal judge to overrule Texas.

Thanks. How can I make sure my vote gets differentiated from the other 100k drive thru votes? My wife voted drive thru too. Does that mean her vote will be thrown out because of your court case?

Did you by chance fill out the paperwork for an absentee ballot? Because part of their lawsuit would require those who voted "curbside" to validate they had the paperwork on file to vote absentee. I hope yours & your wife's vote counts, regardless of your choice!

I am a registered voter in Harris County. I already voted drive thru, following the process provided by the county, approved by Tex Sec of State and upheld by Texas Supreme Court. Can you please explain to me why my vote should not count?
