ANA Departure Lounges and Shower Rooms
There are two departure lounges in the Haneda International Airport, the ANA SUITE LOUNGE and the ANA Lounge as well as a shower room.
On this page, you’ll find more details around lounge access when using ANA-operated international flights. Note: When transferring from an ANA-operated international flight to a domestic flight operated by another airline at an airport outside Japan, the lounge access criteria might be different—please confirm the lounge access criteria with the relevant airline.
ANA SUITE LOUNGE
With various dining options and a wide array of seating (including private and work areas), the ANA SUITE LOUNGE offers you the perfect place to relax before you take flight.

- At "DINING h" in the ANA SUITE LOUNGE near Gate 110, you can indulge in a full-course, restaurant-style meal.
- A wide range of dishes are available, including appetizers, salads, soups, ANA Original Chicken Curry and noodles.

- When traveling with two to four other people, ANA Diamond Service members may bring these people into the ANA departure lounges as their guests by using 5000 miles, 4 upgrade points or a lounge ticket for each person.
- The second through fourth accompanying guest of Diamond Service members may use the Lounge in exchange for miles or upgrade points.

- Near Gate 110: 5:00 a.m. - Departure time of last ANA-operated flight
- Near Gate 114: 6:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

- Dedicated counter for traditional Japanese alcoholic beverages (sake and once-distilled shochu).
- Dashi Chazuke is made by our skilled chefs every morning at the ANA Lounge.
- This fragrant dish boasts a rich, additive-free dashi (stock) poured over rice and dried seaweed from Mie Prefecture. For the topping, you can choose from Japanese plum, seasoned pollack roe and salmon.
- Note: Ippudo TRITON Noodle Soup is no longer served in the ANA Lounge (near Gate 114). However, it will still be available to passengers traveling in Premium Economy on ANA international flights.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hairdryer are available in each room.

- The shower room can be used on the day of arrival.
- Guests should accompany the eligible customer to the reception area.
- Please try not to use the showers for more than 30 minutes.
