本報告は,3%Ni系高耐候性鋼を用いてボルト接合と溶接接合の併用継手における現場溶接施工試験を実施した報告である.本報告では,まず3%Ni系高耐候性鋼の溶接特性を示した.次に,併用継手における施工手順として,縦リブや水平補剛材のボルトを締め付けた後に,フランジおよびウエブの溶接施工を行なった.その時の溶接による収縮およびボルトのすべり状況を計測した.そして,一度すべりが生じた接合面のすべり耐力試験を実施し,すべり耐力の低下程度を明確にした.これらの結果をもとに,架設現場における併用継手の施工手順を提案した.
This study is the report that carried out field welding procedure test in a hybrid joint of the bolt joining and the welding joining with 3% Ni-advanced weathering steel. At first, this study showed a welding characteristic of 3% Ni-advanced weathering steel. Next, we performed welding execution of a flange and a web after having tightened a bolt of a longitudinal rib and a horizontal stiffener as application procedure in a hybrid joint. At that time, we measured the shrinkage by welding, and the sliding situation of a bolt. We also carried out slip test of the join surface that sliding produced once, and we made it clear that fall degree of a sliding proof stress. Based on these results, we suggested application procedure in a hybrid joint of the bolt joining and the welding joining in the construction spot.
