Indian "Chinese food" is not actually Chinese lol.
Most of them are adaptations by Chinese Indians (of Hakka origin mostly) to suit tastebuds of Indians.
Dishes like Veg/Chicken Manchurian aren't found in China, much less Manchuria itself lol.

Btw, Bangladesh's literacy was 58% in 2014. It rose rapidly to 74% in 5 years because they tweaked the definition of what constitutes as "literate"
