回転ずしのネタは「代替魚」例えば回転ずしのアナゴはアナゴではなくほとんどチリ産のウミヘビです。またエンガワは本物はヒラメのエンガワですが、回転ずしのエンガワはカラスガレイというカレイの仲間からとったものです（脂っぽいので分かります）ホンモノが食べたいですね

安いものには理由があると気付いたので、手を出さなくなりました

ちゃんと手間をかけたものには相応の価格があって当たり前。食べ物に気をつけて加工品をほぼ取らない生活&食べすぎない生活にしてから、お刺身の天然魚と養殖魚の違いが分かる様になった。舌の感覚が冴えた
