The importance of the efficiency improvement of the heat source partial load operation is clarified by the calculation on the former reports. In this paper the definition of the partial load, the partial load operation, and the possibility of factor improvement are discussed. Based on the calculation system on which it reports by the former report, the primary energy consumption related to the improvement case with the partial load efficiency of the heat source and the control of the temperature of chilled water are calculated and compared. As for the improvement of the partial load operation efficiency of the heat source, it is shown that there is a great efficiency in the consumption energy reduction.
