General aesthetic of the first pic, same kind of color scheme as the first and second (lots of browns, some orange/yellow), facial hair like the third pic (thin mustache plus goatee)
To emphasize that it's a vampire I'd like those slit eyes (not necessarily red iris, maybe orange or yellow?) and larger canines shown in a grin. No need to have droplets of blood or anything, I'm sick of art where it's like "oh I wouldn't have known this giant-fanged man was a vampire if it didn't have bloody dribbles all over its face."
I'd like him to have two guns, classic old western revolvers, at least one pointing at the viewer and if the second one isn't then perhaps it's holstered at his side and his arm is poised to quick-draw it.
