I have been informed that I should be using robocopy for this. In my defense, nobody under 45 knows how to use robocopy

Robocopy kinda sucks because it changes the metadata of the folders when copying. (Maybe that is inevitable?) So youtube.com/watch?v=DNZ5Jf is wrong, it does not make an exact identical copy. DNZ5JfBrndU suggested "robocopy source destination /MIR" - mirror, which acts like rsync.
