The border districts with India of Khulna + Rajshahi are 90%+ Muslim while interiors like Gopalganj 31% Hindu.
The proposed area would've only been 12.5% Hindu

I second this. Why are Indian students forced to dress up like those in an English boarding school?
Some private schools purposely limit length of skirts for girls, so that parents are forced to restitch new ones frequently.
