Equating gods with similar attributes is the most normal thing, just as the names for the sun and the moon (who are also gods) will naturally be equated.
If there is anything dumb, it is the modern religions of jealous gods who don’t want to share their name with anything else.

After 1975, when Saigon fell to the communist government of North Vietnam our farms and land were confiscated by the government and we were prohibited to worship there. religious temples are now used for tourism - none of the profits go to Cham people.

If anyone does have ties to activists groups in Vietnam please reach out to me (sarcastic)- as I think activism in Vietnam is every hard you'll get shut down. I'm speaking for the Cham people indigenous to all of Vietnam. What I know there is no place for it for my people.

Lol, do some document checking and you'll find many of them are illegal immigrants from Bangladesh + Myanmar.
They are literally just 200k in number lol. Even the illegal Naga immigrants in the state aren't more than 400k.

The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region is the outcome of a long insurgency for right to self governance.
It's basically a parliamentary statehood within a presidential republic, mixed with Sharia (only applicable to Muslims)
Perhaps the Naga accord may end up with something similar.

Actually a very large amount of chettri’s (meant to be Khas Arya/ Indo-Iranid) look purely Sino-Tibetan/Mongoloid. Confusing, I know.
So Mongoloids and Khas-Arya are probably equal with each other.
