What is the Package Consolidation Service?

Ship several packages as one package internationally!

  Once your packages arrive at our warehouse, you can apply Package Consolidation Service to consolidate your packages from My Page.
  ※Please apply only after all the items you wish to consolidate arrived at our warehouse.

• There is only one delivery!

  After consolidating, you won’t have to worry about receiving multiple packages at different times.

The Consolidation Fee

The Consolidation fee will be charged for each application.

• ・If there are just 2 packages, the fee is 500 yen.
• ・If there are more than 3 packages, the fee is 1,000 yen.

Please note that should you consolidate a package that has already been consolidated before, you will be charged again with the service fee. In this case, the consolidated package will be counted as one package. If you would like to consolidate with the other 2 packages again, the total number of packages would be 3. This means the fee would come to 1,000 yen.

※Before applying, please make sure that all of the items that you wish to consolidate have arrived at the Buyee warehouse.

Terms and Conditions of Package Consolidation

■Consolidation cannot be cancelled.

The consolidation process cannot be cancelled for any reason, even if you have applied for the wrong packages by mistake. Please keep this in mind before applying.

■You cannot apply for consolidation after paying for Shipping Costs.

You will not be able to apply for this service if you have already paid for the shipping cost. If you wish to consolidate with items that have not arrive at our warehouse yet, please wait for its arrival before applying the service.

■You will be charged for every additional consolidation.

You will still be charged if you wish to consolidate an already consolidated package with additional items. In terms of fees, the already consolidated items will count as one package. Please wait until all your items are registered to your My Page before applying.

■You cannot determine how the items are packed.

When consolidating, we normally keep packages in the exact state as we received them from sellers. However, if the packaging of an item makes it difficult to consolidate, we may implement materials from our own warehouse, such as cardboard boxes. If you are concerned about the packaging of fragile or important items, please apply for our protective packaging service after consolidation.

→What is protective packaging?

■Certain items are ineligible for consolidation.

If the packages applied for consolidation are difficult to be packed into one parcel due to size or weight restrictions, the items might be consolidated into multiple packages.

In the case of multiple package consolidation, extra consolidation fee will occur. (we will find the best way to consolidate them into as few packages as possible). Please note that packing instructions specified by customers are not accepted.

For packages which applied "consolidation + protective packaging", if multiple package consolidation occurs:

• We will add protective packaging to all parcels
• The protective packaging fee is 1,500 yen / package

Some packages cannot be cosolildated because they contain items that are fragile or have irregular shapes such as golf clubs or guitars (refer to image below). In order to ship your package safely, consolidation may be cancelled. In this case, Buyee will contact you within two business days after your application.

■ We cannot accept consolidation request if the total value of the package exceeds 200,000 yen.

If the package contains more than 200,000 yen value item (s), since customs inspection is becoming stricter than usual, the possibility of the package being returned to our warehouse will also increase.
Also, additional export declaration fee will be charged.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, we cannot accept consolidation requests if the package value exceeds 200,000 yen after consolidation.

■Certain items may incur customs charges.

Customs duty is calculated according to the value of the package. By grouping items together, you may incur additional or increased customs charges. You are resposnsible for paying any charges incurred.

※Please note that it is not possible to consolidate items which have a value of 0 yen.
You will be be able to apply successfully once the correct value of the item has been entered.
