It’s not by physical appearance. More so with their mindset

Pashtuns from Jowzjan are a lot different than the Pashtuns of Kabul due to their different geographic locations. Pashtuns in Jowzjan are with Uzbeks and Turkmens mostly while the Pashtuns in Kabul are with their watandar and Tajiks.

Russia always have respect toward religion, ethnicity, genders, etc. They do not hold prejudice views compared to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia that takes their views to the extreme. The amount of misinformation the west spreads against Russia is still inaccurate.
