As an example of the pointlessness of MTL, you didn't even get the convention correct in the title. "秋季例大祭" should be "Autumn Reitaisai" or "Shuuki Reitaisai", not "Festival", as Reitaisai is a specific event and shouldn't be translated as a general term.

This is the kind of thing MTL is inherently incapable of dealing with.
