You know some Pashtuns also have Mongolian in them as I have some Pashtun friends that looks a bit Mongolic. So it doesn’t apply to just Hazaras, Uzbek, Turkmens, etc but it also applies to some Pashtuns that have Mongolian in them.
How innocent people even children were killed brutally in the name of Jihad in Xinjiang&who will determine the cost of the blood of innocent people in Xinjiang, the sustainable peace&common prosperity is the only payback for the ppl who gone through the rain of terror in Xinjiang
I've seen posts regarding what is happening in Belarus as "something that just happens" within the region. Same ideology can be applied to the MENA countries. The dialogue surrounding what is considered a human rights violation has been subject to gatekeeping in the West.
The West, primarily the US, has such an incredibly biased framework on what is considered human rights. When a human rights violation occurs outside of the US, it's seen with imperialist paradigms that completely glosses over the violence against the citizens.

Western countries’ muted and confused reaction to events in Belarus highlights the fact that they tend to look at the former Soviet space through the lens of geopolitical struggle against Russia, rather than those of human rights and democracy.
I hope this thread is as much of a learning experience as it has been for me. I don't claim to know everything, but I've been researching on it without any preconceived notions & biases and it has helped to see with much clarity. Please remain objective & ask questions.
This clip here was actually recorded by a local in #Kashgar#Xinjiang at the famous Id Kah Mosque in mid July. Local authority shut down parts of the streets for them to pray.
This is religion freedom.
#Uyghurs praying inside a Mosque in #Urumqi#Xinjiang
Most of the Mosques there were very old & at risk of collapse. China has renovated many & built new ones.
Please watch the clip and think for a moment about what you are actually seeing here.
The #Quran is in fact easily accessible in China. Naturally it comes with Chinese translation. No doubt every Muslim in China has at least one.
Fun fact: there are over 39,000 Mosques in China, of which 25,000+ are in Xinjiang alone.
Here's a Great #Mosque in Xining City, Qinghai Province. Full of Muslims of different ethnicity. If you're still with me, God bless you. And I promise it won't take much longer.
Fun fact: There are more Muslims in China than there are Jewish people in the entire world.
Imam leading daily prayers and reciting the Holy Quran. This really is the norm in China.
Side note: the oldest Mosque in China is the Huaisheng Mosque in Guangzhou built in 647 A.D, over 1,300 years old.
Islam was 1st introduced to China in 594 A.D led by Sa‘d ibn Abi Waqqas. The Hui-Chinese were the 1st ethnic group to accept it, and it became one of the oldest religions in China ever since. There are currently over 20 million Muslims in China practicing Islam freely.
Dear fellow human beings, please allow me to ask a very serious, legitimate question: How much do you actually know about #Muslims & #Islam in #China? May I please borrow a few moments of your time?
i’d like to think i’m in good company and no one needs a reminder, that we’re all on the same page. but, just incase you need reassurance, a reminder: the empire is crumbling, we’re going to win
if you’re a communist or an anarchist worth your spit, you have a moral obligation to not vote for biden. don’t let these people browbeat you into abandoning your principles and legitimize this travesty. this “election” is not about harm reduction
keep your eyes on the prize
I never really like the way Marvel created Sooraya because they made her more Arab than Afghan. Plus, they didn’t emphasized her Afghan culture through Attan and wearing our cultural dress. That’s my biggest complaint about it. I would defintely rechange her character.

I just found out there’s an Afghan Marvel superhero and she already has my whole heart
It’s 2020 and Diaspora Afghans still don’t know the meaning of “genocide” and think that if you talk about the genocide of a certain group in the country, you’re automatically anti all the other groups. Such pathetic behavior.
I swear to God next person that excuses the Mazari Sharif Genocide as a “Revenge attack” by the Taliban I’m going to lose my shit.
Innocent Hazara and Uzbek civilians were systemically butchered by the Taliban. Don’t you dare excuse such a tragedy as such.
It’s very interesting that I’ve recently discovered the Kamala Harris father is a Marxist-Leninist believer, and he have strong stance against his daughter political beliefs.
