Absolutely sickening. Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh need strong voices. Indian Muslims despite being minority in India can openly call for Jihad & threaten Hindus, while Hindus in Bangladesh can't even speak up against persecution. Thats the difference.

For Chakma & Hajong refugees, citizenship struggle continues

Chakma and Hajong refugees in Arunachal languish. They make up ~5% of the state's population (but aren't given ST status there cmiir) Chakmas are Buddhists while Hajongs are Hindus.

All of 2019, Diyun town in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh was filled with hope as the Centre spoke of bringing in a law to end the travails of persecuted refugees.

Bengalicization means becoming Bengali. Like how some Brahmins from UP migrated to Bengal and became Bengalis. Bengali Sens are descended of immigrants from Karnataka iirc. The Sena dynasty of Bengal itself was of Kannada origin.
