A Hindu man Amrito Roy was killed today at 7am when he was kicked on the chest by Md Enamul Haque in Gabtali sub-dist in Bogura, Bdesh. The son of Enamul was caught at 6am when he molested a Hindu woman but later Enamul came with a group of people & fatally assaulted Amrito.

Not too mad tbh, there’s many indigenous languages in Bangladesh, e.g the Chakma language in the Chittagong Hill Tracts which is Indo-Tibetan, ethnically the Chakmas are not even Bengali, there’s been many govt campaigns to eradicate all these indigenous languages & cultures

Almost three hundreds Jummas took shelter at "No Mans Land" bordering with India. Others hid in the jungle for many days. Police later arrested Md Kamal and found that the attack was all pre-planned to grab indigenous peoples land. He was later released and no one ever punished.

Although Border Guard Bangladesh personnel were present there instead of stopping settlers they assisted them to attack Jumma villagers. BGB personnel also shoot Jummas whoever tried to resist. Many of the villagers got no time to save their belongings.
