It doesn't show up under Programs and Features, so it can't be removed that way. How do you remove WizLink.exe? Do you just delete the WizLink.exe file?

Sorry. I just got my computer back from Office Max and they have really messed up a lot of things. They keep telling me it is better now but it was fine & now is really not fine - maybe just confusing. Anyhow, they want to delete wizlink which I understand allows me to go into internet sites without going through Explorer etc. They tell me it's better their way but I don't agree.

I found wizlink.com by right clicking the HP Connected Music icon and selected to go to containing folder, that file is highlighted (wizlink.com) The HP Connected Music will start to open and then shut off/close... I thought of deleting it but it has an old date so figure it is best not do. thought maybe it was bad and came to your site. ... so not running the fix. I am going to try to select, "powerful uninstall" and then go to apps and see it that will now install or update.. which it didn't ... win 8.1 10 was causing other issues.

It seems WizLink is found on HP systems. I have read of some adverse effects of removing it. There is no uninstall option. I found it when investigating a preinstalled link to booking.com in the all programs area. It seems it is used to deliver unsolicited web links to the all programs list. I have requested a safe uninstall from HP.
