"Appreciate" is transitive, so it should just be "We appreciate your kind understanding".

A little more convoluted but still valid would be:

"We are appreciative of your kind understanding."

Also "kind" used in this way is a little odd to American ears - it's a fairly British usage. Still valid, though.

Chew's answer is very good, but I would make a few more changes: >almost everyday. almost every day. ((("everyday" is an adjective: an everyday occurrence))) >one problem a problem >not trying to be unconnected with the caller. trying to avoid being disconnected from the caller. >they just couldn't help they just can't help >But I couldn't stand the fact But I can't stand the fact >Or how about putting an notice putting a notice >Hello? Mr. R. Hello Mr. R., >I'd apologize for inconvenience using our service. I apologize for your inconvenience in using our service. >The problem has been pointed out occasionally. The problem has been pointed out before. >We'll putting on the notice We'll be putting up a notice

    Write it like this:

"We appreciate your kindness and understanding."

Just take out the "for," and it is fine.
