You do realise UP is the most populous state How many states even have a huge Muslim population outside UP, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Maharashtra, Kerala and Karnataka? These 7 states make up like 75% of India's total Muslim population UP needs to have 80M Ms then (40%)
