You know some Pashtuns also have Mongolian in them as I have some Pashtun friends that looks a bit Mongolic. So it doesn’t apply to just Hazaras, Uzbek, Turkmens, etc but it also applies to some Pashtuns that have Mongolian in them.

It suits the west particularly US to stir trouble for China using the Muslim sentiment. US has just demonstrated by banning Muslims from entering US, the hate they have against them. Now they show sympathy so that can sow the seeds of discontent between the Muslims against China.
