Are you aware that most of the immigrants from Bangladesh in Tripura are Hindus? If they weren't, you would see the share of Muslims rising rapidly in the state. Also, immigration into East India is a decades old thing. Your history is indeed v poor.

Odias don't even make up 1% of the population of Bengal and Nepalis are barely above 1%. You want to claim that 25% of the 28% Bengali Muslims in the state are actually crypto-Christians?

Who are the non-Bengalis in West Bengal? The tribal Christian percentage is literally available on the census data, no cryptos. Rest only Marwaris, Biharis and some Nepalis remain. Have you seen Christian Biharis in Bengal?

Not particularly Bengalies who converted in Christianity are 25 % but they are to the extent of 15 % apart other Christians who are non Bengalies are 10 % . The church which use to half packed in 1970 are full packed now.

Are you asinine? Hindus were literally outnumbered 5:1 during the 1971 war. You clearly have a poor knowledge of history. Bengali Hindus threw out half the Muslims from Nadia (which was Muslim majority then) in 1950 before Nehru stopped them from finishing their work.

Bengalis aren't 25% Christian, and I say this having many Bengali Christian friends myself. Bulk of the Christians in Bengal are mostly tribals. But overwhelming majoy of the tribals are Hindus who vote BJP. Bulk of Bengali diaspora in India is Hindu, not Christian.

I don't think the figure is exaggerated yes you may say the present population data is not updated since last nine years . It looks awkward. Bengali population shifted to other states and Muslims and converted Christian are significantly increased in Eastern regions.

You clearly don't understand how projections work. Btw, Muslims in Pakistan are more in number than in India and have a much higher TFR, so India will never overtake Pakistan in terms of Muslim population.
