Spanish misspelling. Uncommon as hell. --Otra cuenta105 (talk) 12:09, 26 February 2018 (UTC)
- Delete, could even be a typo. Per utramque cavernam (talk) 16:40, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete, BGC suggests that this has ½% of the hits of cuelgue.
←₰-→Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 10:55, 29 March 2018 (UTC) - Keep as a common misspelling, given the frequency ratio of 1000: (cuelge*1000), cuelgue at Google Ngram Viewer. Calibration is in User talk:Dan Polansky/2013#What is a misspelling. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:48, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
- Delete There are an endless number of such possible misspellings in Spanish. I have seen resivir (= recibir), proíve (= prohibe), tiera (= tierra), etc. v and b sound the same, h is silent, outside of Spain c/z and s sound the same, etc. If we use Dan's 1000-1 ratio we'd be littering the dictionary with such misspellings. I think the "common" misspelling criterion is only meant to include *unusually* common misspellings like definately and maybe reccommend or similar, not just any old misspelling. - @Benwing2 And yet, (definately*2000),definitely at Google Ngram Viewer. Quantitatively speaking, definately is worse than cuelge. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:02, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
- Here's (reccommend*8000),recommend at Google Ngram Viewer. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:06, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
- Here's (resivir*10000),recibir at Google Ngram Viewer. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:09, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
