I experienced the 4th of July of 2020 in my bedroom in a neighborhood in the USA. The fireworks I heard stopped about 2:10-2:30 am local time (which means that the 4th of July celebration/sounds of fireworks stopped about 2:20 am in July 5, 2020 for me).
