He can be both. The U.S military systems preys on people and use tactics to convince them to join. The military uses lies and manipulation to recruit young people knowing they are young and naive. Here people join not realizing the stuff they’re going to do.

Most of you wouldn’t call a school shooter a victim, but you can call this guy a victim? Whatever victimhood he has is insignificant compared to what he has done to others and hopefully he and the politicians who sent him their live to see the day were they are convicted.

dude just wanted his thank you for your services. he didn't mean to actually face any consequences. in another post he says the people criticizing him are 'reddit warriors who know nothing of war', but then he goes on to talk about the actual victims of his invasion this way.
