I know many Iranians who agree with me on that. In fact one of my former teachers was one who argued for that. The new Shah is a very good man to be honest. It would be better if he ruled Iran now than that stupid Islamist regime

Lmao, go tell this to the Iranians who were oppressed by the Shah and lost their family members just for asking basic freedom. Secularism is separation of state and religion, not forcing atheism down people's throats. It was an authoritarian dictatorship to say the least.

It is an argument in the long run. Not a great choice to chose but it is clear in hindsight that the continuation of Iranian Monarchy would have been better. A more secular, stable and modern Iran. If that was the price to pay so be it. The new Shah would be a very good leader

Imagine calling one oppressor better than the other. This is like picking between the Nazis and Soviets between who gets to be your killer. The Shah had SAVAK which oppressed people and the Regime also does the same today. "Dictatorship vs theocracy" is not an argument.

Cannot be compared that way. Only thing you could compare it to would be Iran. The Iranian Monarchy wasn't perfect and far from tolerant but compared to what Iran is today it is far better. Same with Ottomans. Were they perfect? No! Better than the middle east now? Yes

Mlecchas don't get the right to classify who is a Hindu or not.

Oh please! You dream about an ideal empire that never existed. The Ottomans when they had power were perpetrating genocides and those reforms you boast about were happening in the constitutional era. So, a "tolerant" Ottoman empire never existed as you claim.

Stop trying to glorify a bunch of genocidal maniacs. The Ottoman empire wasn't secular in any sense. It had Islam as its state religion and promoted supremacy of Hanafi Turks over other groups. Hitler was pro-nature too. You want to glorify him as well?

Yes I don't deny that. The Ottoman Empire was a totalitarian theocracy that only allowed Islam. But you should be so fair to admit that the Ottoman Empire in the 1900s was very different to the one back in 1517. The late Sultans were trying to reform the country. Not a bad thing

Stop lying. There are many massacres recorded throughout the history of the Ottoman empire even before the constitutional era. On 24 April 1517, 40k Alawites were massacred in Aleppo. Young Turks didn't exist then. The same year saw Jews in Hebron being massacred by them.

Are you people asinine? Do you know how diluted those metals are in the water? There are no medicinal properties of a 100gm of a product diluted in a pond. There are some bacteriophages in the waters but they definitely haven't been looked into yet afaik.
