In respect to a digital image used as game background art we had created for the smartphone game “Obey Me!” for NTT Solmare Corporation (“Solmare”) under consignment, we found that digital image was used without permission of its copyright holder.
We also immediately produced another data to replace the copyright holder’s art and provided it to Solmare.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience to the copyright holder, Solmare, related parties and the users of the game.
We will strengthen system to check intellectual right including copyright in process of production of digital image and take a necessary measures for prevention of reoccurrence.

弊社納品画像の著作権に関するご報告
このたび、弊社がNTTソルマーレ株式会社（以下「ソルマーレ社」）から制作依頼を受け、弊社が制作のうえソルマーレ社に納品したスマートフォン向けゲーム”Obey Me!”内にて使用される背景画像の一部について、第三者が著作権を有している画像を権利者の許諾を得ることなく使用した事実を確認いたしました。
当該事実の確認後、弊社は直ちに当該画像の差し替え版を、ソルマーレ社に提供いたしました。
このたび、弊社は権利者の方をはじめ、ソルマーレ社、ユーザー様その他多くの関係者様に多大な迷惑をおかけする次第となり、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
今後、弊社は、制作過程における著作権を含む知的財産の確認体制を強化し、再発防止に努めてまいります。
