Had the Marathas done reconversions in West Punjab and Sindh when they conquered them, there wouldn't be any partition in 1947. Undivided Bengal was only ~35% Muslim in 1821 while Undivided Punjab didn't become Muslim majority until 1901.

All of Sri Lanka was a Mauryan vassal? Some of these boundaries seem a bit exaggerated. There was some presence in the Brahmputra Valley, but I highly doubt Mauryans had much (if any) control over the Nagas and Tripuris.

How is forced conversion not persecution? Sassanids persecuting Christians doesn't alter the fact that Christians persecuted Zoroastrians as well, which you are blatantly denying. Christians have a well recorded history of persecuting people. Example, Goan Inquisition.

Persecute an force conversion is not the same. Zoroastrians persecuted Christians to, several sassanid Kings did. But this was not a continuous practice throughout the times, but more periodically when the wars were rampant and long. They saw each others as spies of the other etc
