These by-laws are based on the CAMPFIRE Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). The following table sets forth the necessary matters for each type of service using the crowdfunding service provided by CAMPFIRE (hereinafter referred to as "the Service".) The Terms and Conditions are the contents of the contract to use the Service, CAMPFIRE and the user (defined in Article 1.2 of the Terms and Conditions). You agree that these terms and conditions are the content of your agreement to use the Service. Unless otherwise specified, definitions of the terms in these By-laws shall be as set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 (Fees for project owner)
Item 1 Service names "CAMPFIRE," "FAAVO," "BOOSTER," "machi-ya," "CLOSS," and "3rdTable" (hereinafter referred to in this chapter as the "Service"). The fees and settlement fees are as follows. However, if there is a separate agreement between CAMPFIRE and the project owner regarding the fee rate, the content of the agreement shall take precedence.

Section 2The time of payment of the fee shall be the same as the date of payment of the support money prescribed in Article 3. CAMPFIRE shall deduct the fee from the support money stipulated in Article 3.
Section 3 In accordance with Article 3.3, if the support money is paid early, an early transfer fee will be charged in addition to the fee specified in Article 1. If a project owner requests early payment of the fee, CAMPFIRE will provide the amount of the early transfer fee in advance.

Article 2 (Cancellation of project)
Item 1If the project of the Service is cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the fee will be the amount set by the method prescribed by CAMPFIRE. In this case, CAMPFIRE will inform the project owner the amount of the cancellation fee prior to processing the cancellation.
Section 2 After receiving a request for cancellation fee from CAMPFIRE, the project owner shall pay the cancellation fee by the method of transfer to the bank account designated by CAMPFIRE as soon as possible.

Article 3 (Payment of support money)
Item 1CAMPFIRE will issue a project statement on the day after the end of the solicitation period if the project is approved within the solicitation period. After confirming the details of the project, the project owner shall apply for the payment of the support money by the method prescribed by CAMPFIRE.
Section 2CAMPFIRE will pay the support money to the project owner at the end of the month following the date of receipt of the application in the previous section.
Section 3If the project owner wishes to pay the support money early, and pays a certain fee separately determined, the payment can be made on the date determined beforehand, subject to the approval of CAMPFIRE.

Article 4 (cancellation of support)
For a project for which the backer has expressed support, the backer may cancel the support only if there is a reasonable reason for the request and if the project owner approves the cancellation. In this case, CAMPFIRE will promptly refund the support money and system usage fees received from the backers.

The system usage fee for the backers to pay is 200 yen (excluding consumption tax) per time.

Chapter 2
"Goodmorning"
Article 1 (Contents of the Service)
Item 1Service name "Goodmorning" (hereinafter in this chapter referred to as "the Service") is a crowdfunding company specializing in social good.
Section 2This service is jointly provided by CAMPFIRE and Goodmorning, and the indication of CAMPFIRE in the terms and Conditions and these by-laws means both CAMPFIRE and Goodmorning.
Section 3 The projects of this service will be posted only when CAMPFIRE judges that they are appropriate for this project, and in order for a member to become a project owner in this service, there will be a prior judgment by CAMPFIRE to determine the suitability of handling this service.

Article 2 (Obligations of the project owner)
If the project owner belongs to a organization that has tax incentives in a donate-based project, they must do each of the following
- (1) Add a text explanation of the taxation system prepared by CAMPFIRE at the bottom of the project page.
- (2) A receipt for support should be set up on all returns
- (3) Receipts must be issued by the project owner in his or her own name and mailed to the backer.
- (4) If the backers ask questions about tax incentives, explain them so that they can understand.
- (5) Add to the project page that CAMPFIRE is not responsible for the treatment of taxes and dues or accounting as envisioned by the donating organization or donor backers.
- (6) A text explaining the taxation system prepared by GoodMorning should be added to the bottom of the project page.

Article 3 (Project Types)
Posting the donation-type project is allowed only for the following corporations and organizations.
- (1) Organizations that qualify for tax-deductible donations
- (2) NPO/nonprofit general incorporated association

Article 4 (Project owner fees)
Item 1The service fee is 9% (excluding tax) and the settlement fee is 5% (excluding tax). However, if there is a separate agreement between CAMPFIRE and the project owner regarding the fee rate, the content of the agreement shall take precedence.
Section 2CAMPFIRE shall deduct the fee, etc. from the support money prescribed in Article 6.
Section 3In the case of early disbursement of support money according to Article 6.3, an early transfer fee will be charged in addition to the fee specified in Article 1. If a project owner requests early payment of a fee, CAMPFIRE will provide the amount of the early transfer fee in advance.

Article 5 (Project Cancellation)

Chapter 3
"CAMPFIRE Furusato Tax Payment"
Article 1 (Contents of the Service)
The name of the service is "CAMPFIRE Furusato Tax Payment" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" in this chapter). Ltd. handles crowdfunding for the purpose of soliciting donations to local governments, etc. based on the "Furusato Tax Payment System" established by the government.

Article 2 (Project owner eligibility)
This service is available only to entrepreneurs certified by the "Furusato Entrepreneur Support Project" implemented by the local government or the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications to become project owners. The authority to receive aid is subject to the discipline of the relevant laws, regulations and rules.

Article 3 (Obligations of the project owner)
If you want to become a project owner in this service, you need to conclude a separate contract with CAMPFIRE. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the individual contract, the individual contract shall prevail.

Article 4 (Project owner fees)
The amount and payment method, etc. of fees and settlement fees for the Service shall be determined in the individual contracts.

Chapter 4
"EXODUS"
Article 1 (Contents of the Service)
Item 1Service name "EXODUS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" in this chapter) handles crowdfunding for the purpose of publishing books.
Section 2This service is provided jointly by CAMPFIRE and EXODUS, and the indication of CAMPFIRE in the Terms and Conditions and these by-laws means CAMPFIRE and EXODUS.
Section 3The main return of the project in this service is limited to books. If the project is successful, EXODUS Inc. will provide book publishing and related services in accordance with a separate contract with the project owner.

Article 2 (Project owner eligibility)
To become a project owner for this service, you must pass the publication plan review conducted by EXDOUS Inc.

Article 3 (Obligations of the project owner)
Item 1The project owner must conclude a separate contract with EXODUS Inc. regarding the use of this service and matters related to book production and publication. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these By-laws and an individual contract, the individual contract shall take precedence.
Section 2Projects in the Service are limited to "Purchased-type Projects" and "All-or-Notihng Method" among the project types specified in Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions. In addition, the minimum price will be the amount determined by CAMPFIRE.

Article 4 (Project owner fees)
Item 1 The Service fee is 12% (excluding tax) and the settlement fee is 5% (excluding tax). However, if there is a separate agreement between CAMPFIRE and the project owner regarding the fee rate, the content of the agreement shall take precedence.
Section 2The fees and settlement fees in the preceding paragraph do not include anything related to book publishing based on individual contracts between EXODUS Inc. and the project owner.
Section 3The timing and method of payment of fees, etc. in Paragraph 1 shall be as stipulated in the individual contracts between EXODUS Corporation and the Project Owner.

Article 5 (Provision of returns)
The main return of the project in this service is limited to books. Details, including the method of providing returns, shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as well as the individual contracts between EXODUS and the project owner.

Article 6 (Project Cancellation)
Item 1If the project of the Service is cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the fee will be the amount set by the method prescribed by CAMPFIRE. In this case, CAMPFIRE will inform the project owner the amount of the cancellation fee prior to processing the cancellation.
Section 2 After receiving a request for cancellation fee from CAMPFIRE, the project owner shall pay the cancellation fee by the method of transfer to the bank account designated by CAMPFIRE as soon as possible.

The timing and method of payment of the support money to the project owner by CAMPFIRE shall be determined by the individual contract between EXODUS Inc. and the project owner.

For a project for which the backer has expressed support, the backer may cancel the support only if there is a reasonable reason for the request and if the project owner approves the cancellation. Chapter 5
"CAMPFIRE Community"
Article 1 (Contents of the Service)
Item 1 The name of the service "CAMPFIRE Community" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" in this chapter)" is a crowdfunding company that provides ongoing support for the activities of project owners.
Section 2The primary return of the Project in the Service is the ongoing accrual to the backers, and the backers shall pay the support on a monthly basis.

Article 2 (Project Types)
The only types of projects in this service are "Purchase-type projects" and "All-in method".

Article 3 (Project owner fees)
Item 1 The fee for this service is 10% of the total amount of support collected for the project at the end of each month (excluding tax). However, if there is a separate agreement on the fee rate between CAMPFIRE and the project owner, the content of the agreement shall take precedence.
Section 2 There is no settlement fee (excluding tax) for the Service.
Section 3 CAMPFIRE shall deduct the fee from the support money stipulated in Article 6.

Article 4 (Provision of returns)
Item 1 The project owner must set a return to be provided on an ongoing basis commensurate with the support money on a monthly billing basis.
Section 2The project owner can change the content of the return of the project being posted only when CAMPFIRE approves it individually.

Article 5 (Project Cancellation)
If you cancel a project on the Service, there is no cancellation fee.

Article 6 (Payment of support money)
Item 1CAMPFIRE calculates the amount of support collected for the project at the end of each month and issues a "project statement" on the 16th of the following month. The project owner shall confirm this by the CAMPFIRE prescribed method.
Section 2 CAMPFIRE will pay the support money to the project owner at the end of the month that belongs to the date of issuance of the project. In this case, the amount equivalent to the CAMPFIRE fee will be deducted from the amount of support.

Article 7 (cancellation of support)
After the start of the support, the backer can terminate the support contract by the prescribed procedure of CAMPFIRE.
If the backer takes steps to terminate the support contract, the support contract shall cease to be effective from the month following the date of such action.

Article 8 (Fees for Support)
There is no system usage fee for the payment of support for this service.

Chapter 6
"CAMPFIRE Creation | Campfire Creation"
Article 1 (contents of service)
Item 1 Service Name "CAMPFIRE Creation" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" in this chapter) is a crowdfunding service in which CAMPFIRE, Inc. acts as the project owner and implements purchase type crowdfunding on the premise that the applicant's idea will be commercialized.
Section 2The discipline between the Applicant and CAMPFIRE is governed by the provisions of the creation application terms set forth separately.

Article 2 (Parties)
The project owner in this service is CAMPFIRE Inc. and CAMPFIRE Inc. is a party to the support contract.
