It's easier said to deport people than actually do it. Most countries don't have a strong precident like India does. Because Muslims caused partition of India, sending back (atleast the illegal ones) is perfectly justified. But in case of countries like US, it isn't the same.

Pashtun tribesmen make small arms and rifle in their homemade workshops in FATA and KPK. Vietnam's entire state funded military industrial complex cannot even surpass them.

Both Vietnam and Koreas got independence just 18 days apart in 1945. Difference is that Chinese + Soviet support helped North Vietnam annex South Vietnam while Korea was a stalemate.

It has to buy missiles, tanks + other weapons whole from other countries and cannot reverse engineer them. They have vastly inferior engineering + technological skills Don't use the "CCP funds North Korea" excuse. NK has only one source for funding while Vietnam gets foreign aid

Vietnam cannot build its own missles, it cannot built its own naval warships, it cannot build its own anti-ship missles, it cannot build or reverse engineer anything except small arms licensed from other countries.

North Korea has built its own military industry with nuclear weapons, ICBMs, IRBMs and shorter ranged missiles for export, builds and designs their own tanks, artillery and other heavy weaponry. North Korea has been under heavy sanctions for decades.

Vietnam has a vastly inferior military compared to North Korea. Vietnam has tens of millions of more people than North Korea, it is several times larger than North Korea and has two fertile river deltas. Vietnam is not under sanctions at all.
