UN recognises ALL of Jammu & Kashmir as disputed. This includes both the Gilgit-Baltistan as well as Aksai Chin. You're not getting any referendum as long as neither Pakistan vacate POK or China vacate Aksai Chin.

The only people happy in Gilgit-Baltistan are the settlers brought in by the Pakistani government lmao. The natives are already a minority, they have become irrelevant at this point. Also if you don't support referendum in GB, you are violating the words of the UN by default.

If you read the documents of UN, you'd realise the referendum is for all of Undivided Jammu & Kashmir. For it to happen, Pakistan has to vacate POK first and take out the settlers from Gilgit-Baltistan. Population of GB has grown 2X that of Indian administered J&K.
