Assuming the population growth of Jammu & Kashmir was 20% during the last decade (Muslims 22%, Hindus 12%), the UT would need around 6-7M people to tilt the demographics. I've heard 1.5M have arrived already.

4. Pegon (Sunda-Arabic) script This cript is modified from Arabic script for the Sundanese language. There are several additional character, such as for c, ny, ng, g, and more. It similar to Jawi script used in ht Malay literature. img: copy of a manuscript from 1900s.

3. Javanese script This script also called Cacarakan by the Sundanese. It originally came from Javanese with several modifications for Sundanese language. This script was quite widely used in the Dutch-Indie period for the Sundanese society. img: a publication in 1874.

2. Buda/Gunung/Western Old Javanese script There are several names for this kind of script, but the model is clearly different from old Sundanese. Written with black ink on talipot palm leave manuscript. The oldest Sundanese manuscript with this script is from 1518 AD.

1. Old Sundanese Script This script is considered as a derivation of Pallava script from Southern India in the past. It has a similarity to the old Javanese script with several shape variations. The extant artifacts show that this script used around 14th to 17th century AD.
