Steps to alleviate leave requests for facilities in Tokyo

We explain that there are 4 steps to alleviate leave requests for facilities. First, “Step 0”, which refers to the situation as of 22th May, 2020. After that, it will be gradually proceed to "Step 3" based on the characteristics of the facilities and the history of cluster occurrence.
