ADULT LIFETIME SUPER FINE

Maintenance Formula for Small Birds

USES and STORAGE

  • An Adult Lifetime formula may be offered after a bird has completed a dietary program of a High Potency formula for a period of 6 months.
  • This year-round maintenance formula meets the nutritional requirements for healthy, non-breeding, non-molting birds including canaries, finches, budgies (parakeets), parrotlets, cockatiels, lovebirds and other small birds.
  • Storage: Harrison's Bird Foods do not contain artificial preservatives. Once opened, a bag of Harrison's should be used up within 6 weeks. Storing food in fridge or freezer helps maintain freshness. Note "use before" dating printing on bag.

Feeding Directions

Supplementation

It is not recommended to supplement with vitamins or other bird or animal food products. Supplementation should be limited to no more than 10% of the overall diet. Offer certified organic vegetables and fruits in small quantities; select dark yellow meaty or dark green leafy items such as sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, winter squash, broccoli, parsley, spinach, mango or papaya.

[For birds with suspected iron-storage disease: Avoid citrus fruits, tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries and other foods containing vitamin C. Avoid grapes, currants, raisins, liver, red meat, egg yolk or dark green vegetables such as spinach, which may contain high levels of iron.]

Monk Parrot Quaker loves Harrisons super fine adult bird food.
Ive tried a number of small bird pellets etc. but my small parrot loves this the most. She devours it like a little child loves candy. It is the only food Ive been giving her for the past 6 years and her vet says she is in perfect health.

Simply the best
My parrotlet, Kallisto, has eaten Adult Lifetime Super Fine as the primary component of her daily diet for the past 9 years. Its nutritionally well balanced, convenient, vet recommended and the perfect size for a small bird. Its simply the best!
- Julia K., AZ

Great Product for the money spent!
I use this for my little budgie, Johnny. He doesnt like the big sizes of them and even super fine is to big for him so I just grind the pellets into a mash in my dry blender. I love your products, keep up the good work!
- Madison Barclay, BC

Best for my birds
For everyday feeding, this is the best food for my budgies and they love the smaller size. More gets eaten and so theres less waste.
- Peggy, MD

Healthy, well-balanced maintenance diet for budgie
My budgie, Patrick has been eating Harrisons Lifetime, Super Fine for most of his adult life, and it has helped keep him healthy inside and out. Its especially important that he gets a well-balanced, organic diet as he has a form of genetic liver disease. He likes the flavor, and switching him from a seed diet when he was a young bird was surprisingly easy.
- Jennie La Belle, MI

My Cockatiel Loves this.
I feed the Adult Lifetime Superfine to my cockatiel [Indigo] and he loves it. As always, with any bird, I feed him fruits and veggies as well to balance his diet.
- Rick, WA
