Change of the time of Circular 16/2014/SBV application to Oct 1st, 2020 regarding the use of account services and VND-denominated payments by Resident and Non-Resident foreign customers in Vietnam

According to our previous notification, Circular 16/2014/SBV of the State Bank of Vietnam prescribes the conditions and purposes of using account services and VND-denominated payments for resident and non-resident foreign customers in Vietnam as well as Vietnamese nationals who do not reside in Vietnam. This was to be applied from May 31st, 2020.

Techcombank will continue to provide existing electronic Banking services until October 1st, 2020 instead of May 31st, 2020 as previously announced.

Specific instructions and frequently asked questions about the implementation of Circular 16/2014/SBV of the State Bank of Vietnam will be delivered to you before October 1st, 2020.
