As you've all noticed, http://nicosound.anyap.info/ is dead, so is https://bilibili.fm/nico/ .
And lately, even http://nico.bilibili.fm/ has gone out of service, so I've started using http://nicomimi.net/ .
Is Nicomimi a nice too for extracting mp3's in the most high quality possible? Also I wanted to ask where can I find a tool to download the videos themselves in the highest possible quality??? Because I kind of upload some to YouTube etc etc, and bilibili was so convenient since it allows me to downoload any video in the highest quality that's available normally only to premium nico users on streaming...
All in all, I want to know where can I download Nico videos in HQ and Nico sounds too.

@Animesuki Just tried this, it doesn't seem to work unless you press 'Play' on the video first. It doesn't work at all for Community-Only videos. However it doesn't seem to give very good quality. I only got 60 kbps, but I saw reviews of people getting 192 kbps.

I just get stuck on the "Now connecting" part everytime. I pressed "Play" on the video too but it still doesn't work.

if, for some songs, you only want to download the audio, keep an eye out for the "Music download" button that *may* show up when you open the menu on a video.

I do have it, and it works perfectly for videos, but sometimes I don't want to have to go through the trouble of downloading the video & then manually converting it to mp3. ;w;
I found something that would've worked perfectly for the audio thing (Nico Nico Audio Extractor), but it's for Chrome, and like I said, I don't have Chrome...if only there was a Firefox alternative TTuTT

Houlo Video Downloader doesn't download in HQ either. I tried it on Glutan's "Rolling Survivor" and it only downloaded it in 360p while Bili has downloaded it in 720p OTL
To download videos in HD, you actually need to enter the email/pwd associated with your NicoNico premium account in Settings of houlo video downloader.
