Don't be fooled by the GNWT's 'serious breach' misdirection here - the 'serious breach' is the interception of the email of former employees
The GNWT pulled this email stunt again back in 2016. As detailed in IPC Review Recommendation 17-158 - that time they intercepted the email of a former Aurora College employee for 6 months
