MR. SEI-ICHIRO ISHIMARU of Tokyo, Japan, was raised with dogs. In 1993, he became involved with Italian Greyhounds and fell in love with the breed. In 1994, Mr. Ishimaru and his parents co-founded Flash Shower Italian Greyhounds. He has bred, owned and handled multiple Italian Greyhounds to several championships and all breed Best in Show wins, Including FCI/JKC CH Flash Shower JP Miss Perfect who had more than 20 Bests in Show. Mr. Ishimaru was approved to judge in 2007. He judges all breeds and Best in Show. He has judged in Japan, USA, Finland, Poland, Colombia, France, Italy, Russia, Peru, Lithuania, Gibraltar, New Zealand, and Australia. This is his first judging assignment at Westminster.
