(Translation of "「呪詛」「ともえちゃん」「けものフレンズＲ」に関する覚書" by August(Maiden Tribology))

I've seen a third person creates and published the website of "Kemono Friends R".

Juso has made a comment that is recognized as approving of others' uploads of the movies slandering who concering KFP.

It backs up my opinion that the following <Apology> of Juso is totally false.

Since the late May in 2019, the pictures and movies called "Tomoe-chan"(ともえちゃん) and "Kemono Friends R"(けものフレンズR), the secondary creations of "Kemono Friends", were submitted in Nico Nico Seiga and Nico Nico Douga. The Account who did that is the Niconico User called "Juso Aniki"(呪詛兄貴)(I call it Juso in this article).

(The name of it displayed is "Ju Ju Ju..."(呪呪呪……) or Ju(口兄), the strings using or derived from the chinese character "Ju"(呪). Same as "Shuku"(祝祝祝……), the character "Shuku"(祝). It will be mentioned later. )

(* Ju(呪), Juso(呪詛) mean "cursing", and Shuku(祝) "celebration" in Japanese)

I make a document on "Tomoe-chan" and "Kemono Friends R" containing the things of my investigation, recognition and confidence.

"Tomoe-chan" is a character made by way of Juso's retouching of Kyururu, the main character of "Kemono Friends 2". This character is created with the aim of insulting Kyururu and by means of modifing the illustration, the primary creation of KFP, without permission.

As the above-mentioned issues, "Tomoe-chan" is the character created by Juso with the aim of insulting Kyururu and made by way of modifing the illustration of the primary creation of KFP without permission.

The above-mentioned picture"Nico Nico Seiga Tomoe-chan(Kemono Friends)" is the one made by way of Juso's retouching of the "key visual" illustration of Kyururu(https://www.animatetimes.com/news/details.php?id=1544772025).

In the movie, Juso calls Kyururu as "Kyuru-kasu"(Scum Kyururu in Japanese), "Filthy Main Character", the apparently derogatory names. Juso also denies the existence of him/her, creates the new character by using official illustrations of Kyururu, and set it as the superior main character than Kyururu.

According to the article of Nico Nico Daihyakka, The Settings of it is...

"Tomboyish but thoughtful character"... Against the claim that Kyururu is less thoughtful of the Friends and merciless, frenquently appeared in the insults of Kyururu.

"doesn't hesitate to give thanks and greetings" ... Against the claim that Kyururu gives few thanks and greetings to the Friends, frequently appeared in the insults of Kyururu.

"goes on a journey with Domestic Dog-chan" ... Against the claim about the 9th episode of "Kemono Friends 2" that Kyururu didn't take nursing care of nor reward Domestic Dog, nor answer the want of her to be on the side of the Human Beings, and he/she abandoned her mercilessly, frenquently appeared in the insults of Kyururu.

"well laughs, occasionally gets an angry or a mental conflict, but unFriendliness(* gisu-gisu ギスギス in Japanese)" ... Against the claim that the Human Beings and the relationship around Friends are described maliciously(unFriendly) in "Kemono Friends 2" and those expressions have the audience get quitely disgusting feelings, frequently appeared in the the insults of "Kemono Friends 2".

Those descriptions show that the settings of "Tomoe-chan" are made for "improving Kemono Friends" by the secondary creators on the assumption of insults and critisisms of Kyururu and "Kemono Friends 2".

Those Insults and critisisms have no evidence in regard to the meanings of the expressions in the work and put unfairly a malicious impressions into our minds.

Thus, apparently "Tomoe-chan" is the character created with malice to exclude Kyururu, the main character of "Kemono Friends 2" from the secondary creations.

It possibly violates the meanings of the KFP guideline of secondary creation(「けものフレンズプロジェクト　二次創作に関するガイドライン」 https://kemono-friends.jp/guideline/):

(2)directly secondary using of the materials(illustrations, movies, sounds, musics, etc.) whose rights are attributed to Kemono Friends Project (copyright violation)

(3)corrupting quitely the impressions of "Kemono Friends", violation quitely of public order and morality, and the limit of social acceptance

Therefore, no one should use the character in his secondary creation of "Kemono Friends" because of its unfairness of creation.

"Kemono Friends R" is a collection of the ideas of design and setting of the second creation of "Kemono Friends" where the main character is "Tomoe-chan".

The hyperlinks that are described on the above-mentioned movie descriptions refer to the following Amazon pages:

"Kemurikusa" is the work the director of Anime "Kemono Friends"(the 1st season) and it is often compared with "Kemono Friends 2".

"Hello, it's the first publishing(^^"(「こんにちゎ、初投稿です(^^♪」) on the movie descriptions is an Internet meme of "Immu", which means "the uploader has published another movie really instead of his/her description "the first publishing" " and is fake. This movie is not the first published one of Juso.

The publication' date of the movies, "Outcast Friends OP..." etc., shows the evidence of that.

This movie claims:

"The main character is "Tomoe-chan" " ... using the secondary creation character that possibly violates the guideline of "Kemono Friends" as mentioned above.

"Domestic Dog is a Friend who goes on a journey with the main character" ... she is a Friend some people on the Internet claim who is treated mercilessly by Kyururu in the 9th episode of "Kemono Friends 2" and that is sympathyzed with by them because of the rumor. "to go on a journey with the main character(Human Beings)" is "the salvation of her" they claim, and has no evidence.

"the timeline is after the last of Anime "Kemono Friends"(the 1st season)" ... Juso set this as a sequal of the 1st season Anime, which Juso quitely approves, but 2nd one instead of "Tomoe-chan", which is a creation by way of retouching Kyururu, "Kemono Friends 2"(the 2nd season).

"the main character has a sketchbook and an illustrated animals" ... a sketchbook is a tool Kyururu has and it is an important gadget in the Anime, and it suggests Kyururu.(There's a derogatory name of him/her  "SketchBooker"(スケブ太郎)(* a Internet meme of "Narou-Kei" (なろう系)) )

It shows "Tomoe-chan" is set as a character with the aim to replace and exclude Kyururu.

"it goes without saying that the Celliens have the stone(heshi へし, called by some fans)" ... "the stone" is set as the weak point of the Celliens(* the setting in the 1st season Anime). On the contrary, in the 2nd season Anime, the Friends knock down the Celliens with fist because the Celliens have no such stone, which is criticized by some fans of 1st season Anime.

It suggests that "Kemono Friends 2" be denied and the 1st season Anime be the orthodoxy.

"No unFriendly essence(gisu-gisu) is here(IMPORTANT)" ... one of the largest amounts of criticism of "Kemono Friends 2" is the claim that the relationship around Human Beings and Friends is described fully maliciously in that Anime, which has no evidence, and it makes this setting to deny the Anime with using the keyword "unFriendly(gisu-gisu ギスギス)".

"It's said that there are worlds and interpretations of creation as the number of the Friends(=the audience), which is fully often said" ... it suggests anyone should create the secondary creation on the base of "Kemono Friends R". Lucky Beasts says this message in the movie, which is a miss direction for us to believe it's fair. "which is fully often said(それ一番言われてるから)" is an internet meme of "Immu".

"Opening theme "Footprint" " ... it's a work of Miyuhan, who is an actor of the Anime and a singer of the ending theme of the 1st season Anime, which is collected in the album "Yaminabe" sold on May 2019. As a matter of course, Juso has made this setting without permission of her nor another right holder.

"Directed/Written/Presented by Audience-Aniki, Commenters-Aniki" ... it suggests you should make the secondary create of "Kemono Friends R".

"Produced by NHK" ... it's based on the NHK program "Darwin Comes! New Legend of Creatures"(ダーウィンが来た！　生きもの新伝説), which colaborates with "Kemono Friends 2". As a matter of course, Juso has made this setting without permission of NHK.

"the man who gets a penguin-like-mask between two Serval in front of the light"

... the director of the 1st season Anime, Tatsuki. The one of his tweet causes the dispute of KFP, which manages the rights of "Kemono Friends", and KFP has got enourmously many criticisms of unfairness.

Tatsuki is approved by who hostile to KFP and "Kemono Friends 2" as the icon of the best protester against them.

This expression shows the approval of his claims against KFP by the effects of deification, and further more, the hostility to KFP.

"Goma-chan Party-in" ... "Goma-chan" is a derogatory name of Greater Roadrunner, derived from "Goma-Suri Kuso Bird"(ゴマスリクソバード), which means "Flatterring Shit Bird". Although there's no evidence of her "flatterring", she is one of the Friend in "Kemono Friends 2" who gets extreamly criticisms.

"Various Ideas of Setting etc." ... it's the picture Juso uploaded on Nico Nico Seiga "Domestic Dog"What? Tomoe-sa..." "(イエイヌ「あれ？ともえさ――」) http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/seiga/im9104019

It shows an important character "Beast" in "Kemono Friends 2". this picture of the Beast is clipped from the 5th episode of the Anime (21'13") and Juso has retouched it as removing the hand lock.

Domestic Dog's picture is derived from the one Juso uploaded, "Domestic Dog GB.avi" (イエイヌちゃんGB.avi) http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/seiga/im9058400, which Juso retouched it as flipping horizontally. It's clipped from the 9th episode of the Anime(5'4").

(Note. GB is an abbreviation of grean back, and is used as a title of a material for producing a movie using pictures made by way of clipping from an Anime etc. and retouching. ".avi" is often used as a title of internet meme movies. Those are Internet memes of "Immu".)

Thus, "Kemono Friends R", Juso creates as the secondary creation of "Kemono Friends", contains the collection of the ideas of design and settings to criticize and exclude "Kemono Friends 2".

This possibly violates the guideline of KFP as well as "Tomoe-chan" and is unfair creation.

Therefore, no one should use it for secondary creation of "Kemono Friends".

Above-mentioned movies are in purpose for slandering the persons concering "Kemono Friends 2" and KFP.

"Kim"(キム), "Kimura" on the title of movies mean Ryuichi Kimura, the director of "Kemono Friends 2".

"Muku"(ムク), "b" mean Mine Yoshizaki, Concept Design of "Kemono Friends 2".

"Kim", "Muku", "b" are used for their derogatory names, and they are being slandered on the Internet.

"BB Outcast Theater"(BBのけもの劇場) is based on the "Immu" movies of "BB Sempai Theater"(BB先輩劇場) where used BB(Blue back, similar to GB) materials of "Immu". It is used for a hash tag in Nico Nico Douga.

".kfp" is the popular form of the titles of "Immu" movies similar to ".avi". ".kfp" means KFP as you know.

Juso used many essences of "Immu". Those "Immu" memes are often used in the movies for slandering somebody in Nico Nico Douga.

Although the details of those movies because they have been removed, it is certain that they are made for slandering who concering "Kemono Friends 2" since the meta information of them.

I have seen some scenes of those movie. It is expressioned that the icon picutres of Kimura, Yoshizaki, Nobuyuki Hosoya, Producer of TV Tokyo, who are being slandered on the Internet, are used for replacing the faces of the characters in the OP of some Anime.

In view of above-mentioned issues, Juso(呪詛) means his/her cursing(slandering) "Kemono Friends"(KFP), and is named after that action. Juso used the string of Ju(呪) in his/her profile.Ju(口呪) is also used as Ju(呪).

Those movies of "Tomoe-chan", "Kemono Friends R", "slandering who concerns "Kemono Friends 2" " were uploaded in the middle and late of March.

Juso, who had been using the keyword Ju(呪), changed it into Shuku(祝)(* celebration in Japanese) at his/her "apology"-like action, and rewrote his/her profile.(I call this action <Apology> in this article.)

Although the date of <Apology> is not certain, it is said that Juso made <Apology> on publishing the picture and comment in Nico Nico Seiga, titled "Thank you."(ありがとう。).

It shows Serval, Kaban and Lucky Beast in the 1st season Anime, using this picture, which is probably clipped from the Anime: 『サーかば』 http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/seiga/im9111686

The comment contains:

"That Anime"(あっちのアニメ) means probably "Kemurikusa"(* the Anime Tatsuki directed) as above-mentioned movie.

If "This"(こっち) is probably "Kemono Friends", it is reasonable that "That" means so because Juso is for Tatsuki and against KFP.

Juso's comment continues sentenses where "Director"(監督) means probably Tatsuki.

I judge Juso's <Apology> shabby because Juso continues to slander who concering KFP and insult the characters of "Kemono Friends 2" and incite the internet users, especially niconico users, to do that, removing Juso's tracks of those actions that will be the evidences when Juso is accused. Juso's <Apology> doesn't mean an apology nor sorry for his/her behavior.

First, Juso has said no apology for who concering KF2 and KFP, slandered by Juso in his/her comment. If Juso had a will of apology, it were reasonable to describe that.

Second, Juso uses "Immu" memes in his/her behavior before and after the <Apology>.

"Immu" is an internet meme from some gay porn movie, and is used as a form of slandering or making a fool  of somebody.

For example, "Toushitsu Immu"(糖質淫夢)(https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/%E7%B3%96%E8%B3%AA%E6%B7%AB%E5%A4%A2)(* Toushitsu(糖質) is similar pronuntiation in Japanese to a derogatory abbreviation of schizophrenia "統失") is a hash tag derived from the meme, it is tagged onto the movies of who behaves as he/she is schizophrenia. Some nico nico users make a comment on that video to laugh who behaves so, and it is an aim of the uploaders of it.

"Fishing Movies"(釣り動画), the movies made to playing a trick on the internet users, often contains that meme. It is made to laugh who deceived, as you know.

Third, Juso hasn't removed the secondary creations to slandering like "Tomoe-chan" and "Kemono Friends R" nor ceasing others' using those materials after <Apology>. On the contrary, Juso has been aiding and inciting the internet users to use them.

Those behaviors are completely against Juso's <Apology> comment and show Juso's comment is false.

It's also a meme of "Immu" to tell a lie intentionally, called "Homo is a liar"(ホモは嘘つき)(https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/%E3%83%9B%E3%83%A2%E3%81%AF%E5%98%98%E3%81%A4%E3%81%8D). Homo is who uses "Immu" meme, not refering to sexuality.

Juso has described a comment, "Hello, it's the first publishing(^^"(「こんにちゎ、初投稿です(^^♪」)(above-mentioned), and it is an example of the meme.

In the publisher comment of "Serval-Kaban"(『サーカバ』),

there's "Director TTK and IRDR, YOYRZ and concering staffs and KFHRP".

The abbrebiating system like TTK(Tatsuki) is an "Immu" meme, called "TDN System"(TDN式表記法).

TTK means Tatsuki, IRDR irodori(an Anime producing team Tatsuki joins to), YOYRZ Yaoyorozu(an Anime Production), FKHRP Fukuhara P(roducer)(Yoshitada Fukuhara, Producer of Yaoyorozu).

"Serval-Kaban" was published after "Thank you.", and Juso has been using "Immu" memes.

It shows that Juso hasn't improved his/her behavior of slandering and telling a lie.

Finally, what Juso is using and approving is the 1st season anime and Tatsuki, the director of this.

In "Thank you.", the picture is probably clipped from the Anime(it's thought as Tatsuki's work). In view of Juso's uploaded pictures in Nico Nico Seiga(http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/user/illust/88059799), Juso has been using only the 1st season Anime, the characters of "Kemono Friends 2" used in "Kemono Friends R", "Immu" persons.

Who Juso approves in his/her comment is Tatsuki.

It shows Juso's hostility to "Kemono Friends R" and KFP.

Therefore, Juso has no will to apologize to who concering "Kemono Friends 2" and KFP, and <Apology> is fully unfair and Juso's comments and behaviors aren't worth trusting at all.

In view of above mentioned issues, Juso is now slandering who concering "Kemono Friends 2" and KFP and insulting the characters of "Kemono Friends 2", and "Tomoe-chan" and "Kemono Friends R" is a method of those action.

Therefore, to use "Tomoe-chan" and "Kemono Friends R" for secondary creation of "Kemono Friends" is regarded as approving and aiding for Juso, who is hostile to KFP, and is possible violation of the KFP guideline of secondary creation.

As I mentioned above, no one should use Juso's creation, "Tomoe-chan" and "Kemono Friends R".
