Ashindi is an independent strategist and donor advisor with extensive work in democracy reform, racial justice, and education. In addition to her work in philanthropy, Ashindi has served as the National Policy Director of the NAACP and the National Director of Political Partnerships for SEIU, the largest labor union in the United States.
Michael Kieschnick
Michael is the president of the Green Advocacy project and a co-founder of Real Justice PAC. He was the national campaign manager for NextGen Climate’s $60 million federal election programs in 2016, and the cofounder and former CEO of CREDO.
Dan Rowe
Dan served as GOTV Director at Beto for Texas and is a communications manager at The Social Practice.
Alexandria Sousa
Alexandria served as Distributed Organizing Director on the Beto for Texas 2018 Senate campaign and is currently a senior strategist at The Social Practice.
Jin Ding
Jin has helped direct data and technology strategy for grassroots organizing programs at the ACLU, National Nurses United and Real Justice PAC. She is a partner at The Social Practice.

Zoë is a Senior Digital Strategist at Middle Seat and a former U.S. Digital campaigner at 350.org.
Chris Lazare
Chris is the Organizing Director of Real Justice PAC, and served on the Beto for Texas campaign as Deputy Distributed Organizing Director in 2018.
Brandon Evans
Brandon is the Political Director of Real Justice PAC. He ran Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner’s first campaign. Prior to working with Krasner, he’s worked in labor and has run state and local campaigns.
Patrisse Cullors
Patrisse is a co-founder of Black Lives Matter, founder of Dignity and Power Now, chair of Reform L.A. Jails, and a Senior Advisor at Real Justice PAC. She’s received many awards for her activism and movement building, including being named by the Los Angeles Times as a Civil Rights Leader for the 21st Century and the Sydney Peace Prize for her work with Black Lives Matter.
