As we move through these challenging times, I want to reassure you of my commitment to continue to provide you with the highest level of service and ensure that your real estate goals are achieved. Our company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, is dedicated to making sure our clients, agents, employees, and communities are safe and healthy, and able to conduct business as efficiently as possible following the CDC and state mandated guidelines.

Our highly sophisticated technology platforms allow us to operate at every level digitally from our online transaction management program, virtual tours and videos, video conferencing, and virtual showings. We are fully automated to be sure our properties are positioned immediately for the most expansive online presence allowing buyers to not only tour properties online, but actually submit an offer, all through our website.

We will comply with New York State’s mandates, thus no public or broker open houses and/or in-person showings will be conducted at this time. Our offices are physically closed, however are operating remotely and have the capacity to handle all activities virtually.

I have been licensed as a Real Estate Agent in New York State since 2001…I cover the Westchester County, New York area and I sell Single Family Homes, Townhouses and Co-op’s from Yonkers to the northern border areas of Croton-on-Hudson and Yorktown and Bedford. I have lived in the Scarsdale area for the past 30 years..raising my two daughters. I know this area and know it very well.

For some of you the thought of selling is overwhelming especially if you have lived in your home for many years and you may not know where to start – this is where I come in and can help you.. I have a team I work with that can help you declutter and prepare your home to show it in it’s best light so that you can get top dollar when you sell..I am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist and am trained to help with the special issues you may have…call me and ask your questions I would love to hear from you..I promise I can put your mind at ease and help.

While I am a Senior Specialist it is by no means the only group of sellers or buyers I work with…over the years I have had a wide range of experiences getting properties sold and I have sold 99% of the homes that sellers have trusted me to sell. The Sunshine Kids Foundation – Join Me!

I’d like to invite you to join me at my table if you’re available to consider attending and even better ask for a donation to support our 4th Annual Benefit for the Sunshine Kids Foundation (dedicated to children with cancer) to be used in a silent auction or raffle at the event on October 23rd, 2019 at Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester. We expect approximately 300 people from Westchester, NYC and CT including Realtors, Attorneys, Bankers and other local professionals and their families. We had approximately 40 companies as corporate sponsors in 2018 as well. The sponsors do also receive tickets to the event.
