Anyone else remember Marcus Fenix saying "Boom, headshot" after exploding the cranium of some crust-dwelling grub bastard?

I swear that was a headshot reaction audio, but I can't find the voice line anywhere. I think this voice line was from Gears of War 2 or 3.

I don't remember him saying boom headshot at all but in 2 there's an optional sniping section where he'll count the kills, something like "that's one" "that's two" "that's three motherfuckers!"

Yes, that makes more sense. Confirmation bias and not paying lots of attention to the text had me mixed up.

When did you extensively play through GOW 1-3? Although very unlikely, that audio line may have been removed by the updates that consoles apply to GOW games. I played GOW 1-3 and GOW judgement about 7 to 9 years ago.
