Is this the same as Grolier Enterprises Inc./Grolier Enterprises, Inc.? Luckily, Groiler Inc. and/or its subsidiaries were involved in some shady business practices so instead of having a bunch of dumb tertiary sources about Groiler's multiple corporate subsidiaries (said sources probably don't even mention that they are subsidiaries but instead confuses them as the same thing or completely different things), we have primary sources which identify them.
