中国の自動車メーカーがマスク生産アンコール

As the coronavirus spreads in China, a shortage of face masks has prompted a major carmaker to start producing them. Factory workers in protective gear are working around the clock.
The state-owned company in Guangdong Province is currently producing 100,000 masks a day. It plans to increase the number of production lines and aims to put out 1 million masks a day by the end of this month. The province has the second largest number of new coronavirus infections in mainland China after Hubei.
Five production lines have been set up in a space previously used for auto parts research and development. Masks produced there will be provided to the company's industrial group employees and medical facilities.
Firms that manufacture smartphones, apparel, and other products in China are also shifting to face mask production.
