car/wheel catches on fire, drive away from the #fire & get out, the hooker gets out of the car, runs away, floats like she's sitting in a car, then runs away some more. The radio will be permanently on: if you are running, walking, standing, getting in and out of any cont. #radio

Forgot: the radio is only permanently on if (a) she got out of the car but didn't despawn or (b) she's in the type of car that she won't get out of, thus u can go as far as you want away from the car & still be able to listen to or change the radio station like ur still in a car.
