How to install Lagless Shaders:

1. Download and install GLSL Shaders or OptiFine
2. Download the Shader
3. Unzip the archive to .minecraft\Shaderpacks
4. Launch Minecraft
5. In the settings, click the “Shaders …” button, select the desired shader from the list and click “Done”
6. Done!
